Job summary

Avangrid is seeking a Senior Manager, Customer Service Technology Billing & Collections to lead Billing, FICA, and Collections technology and manage the platforms supporting these critical functions for a regulated utility.

Reporting to the Director of IT Applications, you will partner with Billing Operations, Revenue Protection, and Customer Accounting to ensure system stability, regulatory compliance, and accurate billings while driving IT delivery and continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of relevant IT experience.
• Demonstrated experience with CIS SAP IS-U FI-CA & Billing or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own Billing, FI-CA & Collections platforms and configurations.
• Ensure systems operate reliably during critical billing cycles and payments.
• Lead IT delivery for billing and collections enhancements and releases.
• Support testing activities focused on bill accuracy and customer impact.
