You will partner with Billing Operations, Revenue Protection, and Customer Accounting to ensure accurate billing and compliant processes. The role emphasizes system stability, regulatory alignment, and data-driven improvements, with responsibility for guiding IT teams and coordinating with business stakeholders to minimize

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or related field with 10+ years of IT experience.
• Experience with CIS, SAP IS-U FI-CA & Billing or similar large-scale platforms.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional delivery teams on complex, high-visibility systems.

Responsibilities

• Own technology platforms for Billing, FI-CA & Collections.
• Ensure system reliability during critical billing cycles and handle production issues.
• Lead IT delivery for billing and collections enhancements, releases and changes.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional/technical designs.
• Support testing activities and regulatory/compliance tasks.
