Job summary

LaunchTech is seeking a senior IT Integration Manager to serve as the trusted interface among Government customers, program leadership, and technical teams. The role focuses on integrating complex IT, operations, and program management activities across stakeholders to drive priority initiatives for the Missile Defense Agency on the IRES contract.

Qualifications

• Must have 10+ years of general (full-time) work experience.
• Must have 7+ years of progressively responsible experience in IT, systems integration, program management, or federal programs.
• Active DoW Secret Security Clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration and execution of high-priority IT initiatives for MDA programs.
• Coordinate with Government stakeholders, program leadership, and technical teams.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, risks, and executive status reports.
• Facilitate and document team meetings, technical exchanges, and customer engagements.
• Prepare concise briefings and executive summaries for senior leaders.
