Job summary

SB Energy, a SoftBank-backed infrastructure leader in Redwood City, California, seeks an IT Infrastructure & Security Leader to drive enterprise IT, security, and AI enablement. You will partner with stakeholders and external providers to align technology with business goals and scale secure systems across the company.

Lead a team, shape roadmaps, and implement governance frameworks such as NIST/ISO, while delivering reliable, secure, and AI-assisted data center and power infrastructure growth.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of enterprise IT infrastructure leadership and managed services.
• Experience maturing cybersecurity programs with audit readiness.
• Experience with enterprise AI tools, automation, or governance.
• Energy, infrastructure, data center industry experience preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the enterprise IT infrastructure roadmap.
• Oversee security, cloud, networks, identity platforms, collaboration tools, and enterprise apps.
• Manage IT service providers, vendors, and SLAs.
• Establish standards for identity, access, device management, system administration, and lifecycle management.
• Support business continuity, disaster recovery, backup, and testing.
• Drive technology improvements that improve reliability and employee experience.
• Lead incident response preparedness and post-incident reviews.
• Coordinate security audits and reporting of key cybersecurity metrics.
