Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to lead IT infrastructure projects in the Chicagoland area. The role is onsite five days a week and requires coordinating across IT leadership, real estate, procurement, and vendors to deliver on time and on budget.

You will manage scope, schedule, and cost, prepare regular status updates for sponsors, and ensure alignment with change management processes. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple IT projects
• Experience running construction projects
• Proficient with MS Project, Word, Excel, Visio, and PPM
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple IT/Infrastructure projects of varying sizes
• Be accountable for on-time and on-budget deliverables
• Collaborate with other project managers to ensure consistent PM practices
• Coordinate activities with teams across the enterprise, vendors, and partners
• Document and manage dependencies, issues, and risks
• Provide regular updates on progress and risks to leadership
• Scope, estimate, and plan new IT/Infrastructure projects
• Track and manage project labor hours and financials
• Manage procurement, PO delivery, and invoicing in line with schedule
