Applied Medical, a leading medical device company, seeks a Project Manager to lead large-scale technology initiatives across software, systems, platforms, services, and infrastructure. This role coordinates cross-functional teams globally, guiding projects from initiation through deployment with durations spanning one to five years.

The position requires a strong IT PM background, excellent communication, and disciplined governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of five years of project management experience, preferably within IT or infrastructure environments.
• Advanced experience managing application development projects and cross-functional technical initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage all stages of the project lifecycle for large-scale technology and infrastructure projects, including scope definition, scheduling, risk management, issue resolution, and budget oversight using established project management methodologies.
• Prepare comprehensive project plans for all phases of the project lifecycle, balancing resource allocation across teams to ensure milestones and delivery timelines are met.
• Proactively identify and manage changes in project scope, issues, and risks, developing contingency plans to keep high-priority initiatives on track.
• Develop and prioritize project deliverables and artifacts, maintaining accurate meeting minutes that document key decisions and action items.
• Facilitate project communication and change management activities, ensuring stakeholders receive clear, timely, and accurate updates on status and progress.
