Job summary

Trexon, an Amphenol company, seeks a Senior Manager of IT Infrastructure to lead the enterprise-wide non-application tech stack including network, cloud, and server environments. The role oversees a corporate infrastructure team, drives standardization across sites and partners with Amphenol to align controls and security posture.

The position requires strong project management, cross-site coordination and a security-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8–10 years of progressive IT infrastructure experience, including 3+ years leading technical teams.
• Experience managing multi-site infrastructure projects and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own design, operation and reliability of Trexon's infrastructure across sites (network, servers, cloud, storage, backup, end-user computing).
• Lead the corporate infrastructure team; set priorities and sequence work across locations.
• Coordinate with site IT resources and business unit leaders to deliver projects to sites.
• Manage project intake, prioritization, roadmaps, timelines and status reporting to leadership.
• Oversee IT service delivery, incident management, escalation paths and service levels.
• Lead business continuity and disaster recovery planning including testing.
