Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience supporting, installing, maintaining, or troubleshooting enterprise network and telecommunications infrastructure.
• Experience with routing, switching, wireless, LTE, fiber, SCADA, industrial networking, or related systems.
• Experience working with field operations, vendors, contractors, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and support field network infrastructure across production, facilities, and field offices.
• Coordinate with Automation, Operations, Engineering, Cybersecurity, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve incidents.
• Manage incidents, changes, and problem investigations using IT service management processes.
• Prepare runbooks, site records, and equipment inventories; support commissioning and startup of new facilities.
• Provide on-call after-hours support for critical operational issues.
