Job summary

The successful candidate will manage enterprise IT systems, ensure high availability, and drive improvements across global teams. Occasional after-hours work is expected as part of project execution.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in IT or AA/AS with 2 years’ professional IT experience or 4 years of equivalent IT experience.
• 5+ years in IT infrastructure engineering focusing on cloud, storage, or enterprise IT systems.
• 5+ years managing enterprise IT infrastructure (servers, storage, virtualization, security).
• 3+ years in IT project management and 3+ years in IT communications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for IT infrastructure systems including cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), storage solutions, and cybersecurity frameworks.
• Deploy, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure components (servers, storage, virtualization, security).
• Collaborate with external providers for deployment and support of IT infrastructure services.
• Ensure high availability with redundancy, backups, and disaster recovery.
• Optimize performance via monitoring, capacity planning, and proactive issue resolution.
• Adhere to compliance by enforcing security policies and access controls.
