Job summary

Hon Hai Technology Group - Foxconn is seeking an IT Infrastructure Engineer in Lordstown, OH to administer servers, storage, virtualization, cloud, backup, monitoring, security, and business-application infrastructure. You will maintain secure operations, respond to incidents, support users and projects, and develop recovery documentation.

The role requires 7+ years in infrastructure, strong VMware/Nutanix experience, and expertise in Microsoft 365 and security monitoring.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of infrastructure, systems administration, or enterprise IT support experience preferred.
• Experience with Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP preferred.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Entra ID, SharePoint, Teams, Intune) preferred.
• VMware vSphere/vCenter; exposure to Nutanix or hyperconverged infra a plus.
• Knowledge of enterprise storage, backup, DR, and security monitoring.
• PowerShell or automation scripting capability.
• Ability to document architecture, configurations, procedures, and audit evidence.
• Willingness to support planned maintenance and after-hours escalation when needed.

Responsibilities

• Administer physical and virtual server environments (Windows/Linux, VMware, Nutanix).
• Manage enterprise storage and backup services (PowerStore, Synology, Veeam, Microsoft 365 backup).
• Administer Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Entra ID, SharePoint, Teams, Intune).
• Monitor infrastructure and security health using Zabbix and Google SecOps; respond to incidents and outages.
• Handle ITSM platforms (Kaseya Autotask, Datto) and prioritize tickets, changes, and escalations.
• Support core infrastructure services (AD, DNS, DHCP, IIS, SQL Server, SFTP) and licenses.
• Plan virtualization migrations, data-center improvements, and vendor-led implementations.
• Maintain documentation, SOPs, runbooks, inventories, and cross-team coordination.
