Job summary

foxconnggroup is seeking a Network Administrator to support, maintain, and evolve North America network infrastructure across manufacturing, data center, and enterprise operations.

The ideal candidate will design, implement, and operate secure, scalable networks with strong vendor experience, collaborating across IT, security, OT, and business teams. This full-time role requires on-call rotation and cross-site coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, IT, Networking, or related field, or equivalent experience/certifications.
• 5+ years of hands‑on enterprise network engineering/administration experience.
• Experience with large multi-site networks, preferably in manufacturing/industrial environments.
• Hands‑on with major networking and security vendors; TCP/IP, OSPF/BGP, VLANs, VPNs, MPLS, SD‑WAN, data centers, routers, switches, firewalls.
• Exposure to network automation tools such as Ansible or scripting is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Chinese is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and implement the enterprise network architecture (LAN, WAN, MPLS, SD‑WAN, Internet, data centers).
• Manage and optimize data center network facilities for reliability and performance.
• Continuously optimize network design to fit evolving business and manufacturing needs.
• Design network architectures to support manufacturing and industrial deployments.
• Lead OA network projects, backbone development, upgrades, and lifecycle planning.
• Implement and maintain network security controls, including firewalls and access control.
• Analyze and troubleshoot complex network and security incidents and outages.
• Coordinate with IT, Security, OT/Manufacturing, Applications, and regional teams.
