DivergeIT is seeking a Senior Consultant to join the Professional Services team in Plano, TX. You will design, implement, and support complex networking, server, identity, and cloud environments, leading migrations and solving tough infrastructure challenges.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT infrastructure, network engineering, or systems administration, MSP or professional services preferred.
• Hands-on experience with firewalls, switches, VLANs, routing protocols, and VPN technologies.
• Strong Windows Server administration and Active Directory knowledge.
• Experience planning and executing tenant, mail, file, and server migrations.
• Experience administering Entra ID, MFA, and SSO solutions.
• Experience deploying Azure and Microsoft 365 environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain networking infrastructure including firewalls, switches, VLANs and VPNs.
• Administer Windows Server environments and Active Directory (GPO, DNS, DHCP).
• Lead migrations (tenant, mail, file/data, on-prem-to-cloud, physical-to-virtual).
• Manage identity solutions (Entra ID, MFA, SSO).
• Architect and support Azure and Microsoft 365 environments (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune).
• Mentor junior consultants and produce runbooks and diagrams.
