Job summary
Wolverine Trading seeks an accomplished IT Infrastructure Manager to lead Information Systems and Helpdesk teams in a high-availability trading environment. You will own enterprise systems, ensuring reliability, performance, and security across the firm’s infrastructure.
You will architect and manage Microsoft cloud services, IAM, data governance, and hybrid connectivity, while driving AI-enabled workflow improvements and coordinating major system initiatives.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive operational IT experience in mission-critical environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent technical field.
- Microsoft certifications preferred (e.g., 365 administration, identity and access management).
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop Information Systems and Helpdesk teams with clear technical direction and accountability.
- Oversee core enterprise services: Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, Exchange, and endpoint protection.
- Architect and manage Microsoft cloud ecosystem, IAM, compliance, data governance, and hybrid connectivity.
- Drive adoption of AI capabilities to improve business workflows.
- Manage virtual environments for scalable, high-availability infrastructure.
- Coordinate deployments, migrations, and upgrades with other tech teams.
