Job summary

Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive operational IT experience in mission-critical environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
- 2+ years leading or managing systems engineering or infrastructure teams.
- Deep expertise in Microsoft Server ecosystem and cloud services.
- VMware, storage, backups and security tooling experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead Information Systems and Helpdesk teams with technical direction and mentorship.
- Oversee AD, DNS/DHCP, Exchange, backups, and storage infrastructure.
- Architect and manage Microsoft cloud, hybrid identity, and AI-enabled workflows.
- Drive security, patching, hardening, and lifecycle management across systems.
