Job summary

AAA Global is seeking a Windows Server Team Lead in Chicago to design, build, and operate scalable Windows-based infrastructure supporting latency-sensitive trading workloads. You will lead a team, drive automation, and modernize Active Directory across on-prem and hybrid environments.

You will collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, and Development teams to plan changes safely, manage on-call incidents, and forecast resources for peak market activity.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on Windows Server administration in HA environments.
• Leadership experience running infrastructure teams or as senior technical lead.
• Strong scripting/automation skills with PowerShell and IaC related tools.
• Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Failover Clustering; latency-sensitive workloads.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a Windows Server team, setting priorities on reliability and platform initiatives.
• Design and implement Windows Server solutions focusing on availability and latency-sensitive workloads.
• Drive automation to improve deployment consistency and reduce manual work.
• Lead Active Directory modernization and hybrid identity initiatives.
• Collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, and Development teams to plan changes safely.
• Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and preventative actions.
• Forecast resources and plan performance for peak market activity.
• Participate in an on-call rotation and lead during high-severity incidents.
