Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a Sr. IT Implementation Manager to lead a large, high-performing team delivering critical initiatives for the Sales Tools Portfolio.

You will guide implementation, optimize processes, and collaborate with executives to drive business impact in a fast-paced HVAC technology environment. You will oversee performance, hiring, development, and vendor relationships, while ensuring disaster recovery and strong project governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in CS/IS or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of managing people, projects and business relationships in IT.
• Strong knowledge of Agile development and project management.
• Experience with performance management and HR policies.

Responsibilities

• Direct and optimize implementation teams delivering prioritized work for the Sales Tools Portfolio.
• Develop and implement performance management strategies and career development.
• Oversee contracts, SOWs, SLAs and vendor relationships.
• Lead hiring, mentoring, and fostering a positive team culture.
• Ensure disaster recovery plans and business continuity readiness.
