COURSER is seeking an IT Support Services II to join our dynamic IT team in California. The role focuses on second-tier support for hardware, software, and network issues, with opportunities to mentor junior staff and contribute to IT projects.

The ideal candidate will handle complex technical issues across Windows, macOS, Linux, and mobile devices, while maintaining thorough documentation and delivering exceptional user service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT support or system administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, macOS.
• Experience with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN configurations.
• Familiarity with helpdesk/ticketing systems (ServiceNow, JIRA, Zendesk).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide second-tier support for hardware, software, and network issues escalated from junior staff.
• Assist in administration and management of IT systems, servers, workstations, and cloud environments.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across Windows, macOS, Linux, and mobile devices.
• Respond to service requests with great customer service and positive user experience.
• Maintain documentation of IT support processes and configurations.
