Job summary

Trinchero Family Estates seeks a Senior Help Desk Analyst to support a broad portfolio of IT applications, deploy and maintain end-user devices, and resolve issues in line with business timelines and service expectations.

Responsibilities include rapid response to staff requests, troubleshooting Windows 10/11, Office 365, AD, VPN, and ITSM processes; participate in on-call rotations; assist with training materials and documentation. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years of end-user support experience in an enterprise IT environment.
• Direct experience with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office 365 in an Active Directory environment.
• Understanding and practical experience with VMware vSphere.
• Experience with enterprise endpoint products such as SentinelOne, Outlook, Teams, Microsoft Copilot, Druva, and SCCM.
• Valid California driver’s license with a clean record.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a client-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide rapid response and resolution of IT support requests from TFE employees related to Windows workstations, network connectivity, VPN, email, portals, and other technologies.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues reported by TFE employees, including a large remote sales force.
• Assist users through multiple communication modes, using remote desktop and deskside support; assist with training materials.
• Coordinate resources across IT during high-severity issues and contribute to IT documentation and knowledge base.
