Concentra is seeking a Sr Accountant, IT to manage accounting for IT support departments and projects. You will partner with leadership on monthly close, forecasts and reporting while maintaining GAAP controls and confidentiality of sensitive information.

The role emphasizes capitalized labor, IT purchases, and producing monthly IT packages. It requires strong communication, analytical skills, and attention to detail in a dynamic, team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• At least 5 years of accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal controls.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for accounting activities for IT departments, including journal entries, financial analysis and reporting.
• Forecasts and budgets with IT leadership and Director, IT Finance Planning and Analysis.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information such as compensation.
• Apply GAAP treatment to capitalization and IT purchases and projects.
• Prepare monthly IT reporting packages and assist with audits.
