Concentra, Inc. in Addison, TX is seeking a Staff Accountant to perform centralized accounting and the full-month end close for corporate departments. You will handle reconciliations, variances, and support IT project accounting, while ensuring proper controls and accurate GL postings.

Required are a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and 3+ years of experience; Oracle ERP experience is preferred. CPA is a plus. The company offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required or equivalent.
• CPA designation is a plus.
• 3+ years of full-cycle month-end close experience.
• Experience with multi-location and multi-entity accounting and Oracle ERP.

Responsibilities

• Perform centralized accounting and full-cycle month end close for corporate departments.
• Conduct balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, and variance analysis.
• Support IT project accounting with IT leaders.
• Ensure correct GL accounts and cost centers for assets.
• Communicate with operational personnel and management.
• Assist in SOX controls and audit requests.
• Identify process improvements and handle ad hoc projects.
