Integra Connect, LLC is seeking a Staff/Senior Accountant to manage monthly close, posting journal entries, fixed assets and revenue recognition. The role includes cash management, invoicing, AR collections, and variance analysis with management.

Strong GAAP knowledge and leadership skills are required. The ideal candidate will prepare financial statements, support ad hoc reporting, and guide accounting processes across business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting principles.
• Proven working experience in accounting or staff accounting roles.
• Proficient in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office, and financial software applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage the monthly financial close process and journal entries.
• Oversee cash management, invoicing, and AR collections.
• Prepare financial statements with variance analysis of budget/forecast.
• Provide high-level financial analysis and guidance for assigned business units.
