Job summary

Avenue 45 is seeking a Senior Manager - IT Finance Applications in Cypress, CA for a full-time direct hire. The role focuses on designing, implementing, and optimizing Finance and back-office systems across a federated enterprise, including ERP and SaaS tools.

Hybrid work is available with three onsite days per week in Cypress. The successful candidate will lead strategic Finance technology initiatives, build strong business cases, and partner with Controllers, FP&A, Shared Services, and

Qualifications

15+ years of direct IT applications experience with a focus on Finance and back-office systems.
Experience implementing Finance ERP solutions (GL, AP, AR, Cash) within manufacturing and distribution industries.
Implementation across multiple ERP platforms in Fortune 500 environments.
Deep understanding of Finance processes and hands-on experience supporting Finance transformation initiatives.
Strong ability to build business cases for enterprise Finance technology modernization.

Responsibilities

Lead strategy, delivery, and enhancement of Finance platforms including ERP and SaaS tools.
Oversee multi-ERP Finance implementations for core finance processes in large enterprises.
Drive transformation initiatives with ROI models and executive recommendations.
Partner with Finance leaders to define system requirements and optimize processes.
