Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT, enterprise applications leadership
• Experience leading ERP modules in an enterprise-wide system
• Strong communication with executive leadership and stakeholders
• Experience managing risk, budgets, and vendor contracts
• Knowledge of APIs, cloud technologies, and modern SDLC

Responsibilities

• Manage development, implementation, and maintenance of business applications to support operations and strategy.
• Direct ERP planning, implementation, and optimization across finance, HR, procurement, and related modules.
• Lead staff, contractors, and consultants in deployments, upgrades, and production support.
• Lead business process reengineering, data cleansing, and interface design for deployments.
• Oversee change management, end-user training, adoption, and post-implementation support.
• Provide strategic direction to delivery teams for timely deployment and performance of enterprise apps.
• Translate business requirements into scalable software solutions with stakeholders and vendors.
• Oversee daily IT Applications operations and align initiatives with roadmaps and architecture.
