Qualifikationen

• BA/BS in IT or equivalent; 3–5 yrs of hands-on Service Desk/Field Support experience.
• Strong Google Workspace administration, endpoint management, Zoom, and IAM tools.
• Experience supporting macOS and Windows devices, SaaS apps, VPN, and collaboration platforms.
• Working knowledge of scripting (PowerShell, Python) or automation tools.
• Customer-focused, empathetic, and efficient IT support mindset.
• Proactive in adopting new support technologies and improving daily IT operations.

Aufgaben

• End-User Support: IT assistance for software, hardware, and collaboration tools.
• Root Cause Analysis: Troubleshoot issues, identify systemic problems, and reduce downtime.
• Service Ownership: Maintain core services including Google Workspace, endpoint management, networking, VPN, Okta, CyberArk.
• Process Improvement: Update runbooks and knowledge base articles for consistency.
• Automation & Scripting: Develop automation scripts to streamline tasks.
• Field Engineering Support: On-site support for devices, A/V setups, network, provisioning.
• Customer Experience Excellence: Communicate effectively and empathetically with users.
• AI & Innovation: Experiment with AI for troubleshooting and proactive issue detection.
