Job summary

Sunoco's RightAngle development team is seeking a seasoned senior specialist/analyst to deliver development and support for business users, including troubleshooting, design, testing and implementation of new code.

The role requires leadership, strong SQL/.NET skills and experience with RightAngle interfaces, with the potential for 24/7 support as needed. Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience are typical prerequisites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field required, or several years of experience in lieu of degree.
• 8+ years of relevant work experience.
• 3+ years of experience working in Right Angle development and/or functional support.
• 5+ years of experience in .NET coding in Right Angle or other application platform.
• Strong experience on SQL server scripts and stored procedures.
• Proven success in driving projects and delivering results with strategic thinking.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience on RightAngle application.
• Proven track record in troubleshooting various systems like RightAngle.
• Ability to share support responsibility with other team members which may require 24/7 support.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct technical assistance to key business users and project support for applications (vendor & custom developed).
• Develop and maintain RightAngle and outbound/inbound interfaces & Web services
• Write SQL scripts for troubleshooting and for reports
• Work with functional leads to develop plans and coordinate across all functional areas of the business
• Coordinate and facilitate meetings, document key decisions, risks and issues
• Work effectively under minimal supervision and manage communications between the business and IT
