Responsibilities

• Lead architecture strategy, engagement, and governance for Commercial business.
• Provide architecture leadership for modernization initiatives (customer platforms, trading, data, analytics).
• Define and govern architectural principles, standards, and best practices across IT platforms.
• Develop long-term platform architecture roadmap aligned with business goals and tech trends.
• Lead design and implementation of scalable, secure platform solutions.
• Drive adoption of modern patterns (microservices, event-driven, cloud-native).
• Conduct architectural reviews and ensure adherence to standards across teams.
• Evaluate new technologies to enhance platform capabilities and efficiency.
• Identify risks and technical debt and propose mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with product management, engineering, operations, and cybersecurity to translate requirements into designs.
• Provide hands-on architectural guidance and problem-solving for complex challenges.
• Oversee implementation of architectural designs and ensure quality.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends.
