General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) seeks an IT Engineer with Microsoft Enterprise Systems Administrator experience for a Federal Intelligence Agency contract. Duties include Tier 2 support across large hybrid Windows/Linux environments spanning CONUS/OCONUS.

Active TS/SCI with Polygraph is required to start; background reinvestigation within 4 years and polygraph within last 3 years. Security+CE or IAT II+ certs required to start.

Formación

• Experience: 5+ years of related IT experience.
• Security requirements include TS/SCI with Polygraph.
• Knowledge of Windows and Linux enterprise environments.

Responsabilidades

• System administration for Windows and Linux workstations on EVDI and physical hardware.
• Troubleshooting application functionality, crash, and performance issues.
• Investigate user performance and coordinate with external teams to improve UX.
• Assist customers with Tier 2 incident resolution for Linux and Windows apps.
• Provide remote end-user desktop support.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve system incidents with short-term and long-term fixes.
• Communicate effectively with varied stakeholders in teams of all sizes.
• Participate in special projects as required.
• Provide initial triage, response, and incident notifications.
