EMPIGO Technologies is seeking a Senior Engineer to design, document, and present technology solutions for clients in Indianapolis and surrounding areas. You will engage in discovery meetings, assessments, and proposal development to drive growth and client success.

The role emphasizes collaboration, reliability, and ongoing professional development while supporting core service offerings such as Microsoft 365, Azure, cybersecurity, and business continuity. Local in-person work is required.

Qualifications

• 3-7+ years of IT engineering experience.
• 1+ years of client-facing consulting or MSP experience.
• MSP experience preferred.
• Experience with project scoping and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Design and document Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, security, and business continuity solutions.
• Provide Tier 2/3 engineering assistance for complex technical issues.
• Conduct IT assessments and technology reviews for clients.
• Participate in pre-sales discovery and solution design sessions.
