Job summary

Reltio is seeking a hands-on Senior IT Endpoint Systems Engineer to join our global IT Enterprise Applications team, responsible for securing and optimizing our remote-first endpoint fleet across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android.

You will set workstation standards, leverage Intune and Jamf Pro, and drive automation and zero-touch provisioning while collaborating with SecOps and business stakeholders to deliver a secure, scalable digital workplace.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years in an IT role designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise endpoint apps.
Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or equivalent experience (not mandatory if strong experience).
Advanced knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
Experience with Intune and Jamf Pro.
Knowledge of Okta, Entra ID, Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
Experience deploying Windows Terminal Server (WTS) or VDI.
Strong problem solving and communication skills.
Experience with Azure MAM.
Ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain centralized endpoint management systems (Intune/Jamf).
Establish global workstation standards and baselines.
Drive zero‑touch provisioning for onboarding/offboarding.
Implement automated packaging, software distribution, and patch management.
Enforce endpoint security baselines and encryption with SecOps.
Escalation point for complex endpoint issues, analyze root causes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align technology with business goals.
Create and maintain SOPs and compliance records.
