Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in software/IT related field from ABET or NCAE-C designated program.
• Or 2+ years of DoD/military IT certs listed in the posting.
• Interim Secret/T3 clearance required or higher.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis across Program of Record to support decisions on success, risk, and viability.
• Gather and document stakeholder requirements for IT systems or projects.
• Maintain project documentation and generate regular progress reports.
• Track program activities, implementation and forecasting for Gov 2.0 efforts.
• Manage project status, budgets, and schedules.
• Develop and format government contract deliverables (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Collaborate with teams across management, engineering, procurement, logistics, and production.
• Perform Change Request Management in Serena/OpenText.
