Qualifications

• Master's degree required; 3+ years IT management experience with 2+ years supervisory experience; equivalent combinations acceptable.
• Extensive knowledge of management, software, hardware, infrastructure, security, or telecommunications systems.
• Ability to plan large-scale assignments and develop IT solutions for court processes.
• Strong communication and customer service skills with internal/external stakeholders.
