Job summary

Qualis LLC is seeking a part-time IT Development SME to provide expert advice, analysis, and assistance in developing and improving the project management system. The role focuses on API development, no-code/low-code tech, and systems interfaces on military base.

The candidate will define action plans for IT architecture, tool standardization, and data interfaces, coordinating with JSE and other MIS initiatives. Requires DoD security clearance and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in MIS/IT/CS required.
• Experience with API development and IT system design required.
• Strong understanding of security concepts and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice for definition, design, development and documentation of the project management system.
• Advise on network architecture, data architectures, and tool standardization.
• Coordinate with base interfaces and other DoD MIS initiatives.
