Epicor is seeking a Senior Information Technology Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain critical business systems through the full software lifecycle. You will collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions and improve development standards, while mentoring others and driving continuous improvement.

You will contribute to architecture discussions, create estimates, and lead small to medium development initiatives, ensuring timely, high-quality results

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience, including 2+ years in specialized/industry environment.
• Proficient in C#, .NET, SQL Server, REST APIs, and relational databases with advanced SQL/T-SQL.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, refactor, test, and maintain applications and framework components supporting business operations.
• Participate in solution architecture, design discussions, and code reviews for scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Mentor and support developers through knowledge sharing, training, and guidance.
• Develop and maintain tools, integrations, and automation to improve processes.
• Create project estimates, contribute to planning, lead development initiatives.
• Manage support tickets, troubleshoot issues, and assist end users and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve coding standards and system performance.
