Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or another related field.
• Professional certifications in project management (PMP), business analysis (CBAP), or IT service management (ITIL) are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as IT demand manager and liaison between IT and business units to facilitate collaboration and alignment.
• Lead collection, analysis, review, documentation, and communication of business needs and requirements to IT.
• Guide solution design processes and identify optimal business solutions that meet organizational objectives.
• Negotiate deliverables and requirements across multiple business customers to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Maintain the demand pipeline and prioritize requests; categorize by type, urgency, and impact.
• Create user guides, process documentation, and self-service resources; implement feedback collection.
• Complete daily reporting activities and support continuous improvement initiatives.
