Job summary

The Wisconsin Arts Board, headquartered in Madison, is seeking a Resources Support Tech-Senior to maintain the agency’s databases, provide IT support, and coordinate the online grant system with reporting duties for the board. This hybrid role allows up to 80% remote work with in-person collaboration at the Madison office.

Qualifications include customer service excellence, data reporting/analysis, and hardware/software troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• Experience providing excellent customer service.
• Experience with creating reports and/or analyzing data.
• Experience troubleshooting user issues with computer hardware and/or software.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the agency's databases; provide 1st level IT support for software/hardware.
• Coordinate web-based grant application system and award process in relation to the grant cycle; prepare reports for board/staff.
• Staff the Accessibility Committee and support grant panel meetings.
