Responsibilities

• Oversees management of staff to support installation, configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance of hardware and software to ensure information systems availability.
• Directs critical mission functions of the organization.
• Keeps abreast of state-of-the-art technology through journals, seminars, and vendor contacts.
