Qualifications

• Excellent oral communication to brief senior management and IT staff.
• Problem solving: identify alternatives for complex IT issues.
• GG-13 qualifying experience: leadership of a technical team administering DoD network devices and enforcing INFOSEC RMF.
• Education cannot substitute for experience at GG-13 level; reports must show relevant work history.
