Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in an IT focused role.
• Expert experience with Mac OS and Windows.
• Advanced IT Certification (Network+, Security+, etc).
• Experience with compliance requirements and best practices (SOC2, HIPAA, etc).

Responsibilities

• Configure and support Mac OS, Windows, and other devices in office and remote environments.
• Manage and support identity platforms that govern application access such as Okta and Google Workspace.
• Assisting with Network projects/deployments/build‑outs.
• Help build and maintain the IT infrastructure for various clientele based on their needs.
