A leading IT consulting firm in New York is looking for a Senior Technology & Systems Consultant who will manage customer technologies and mentor junior team members. This hybrid role requires outstanding communication and deep knowledge of cloud technologies, especially Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in IT consulting, strong networking skills, and is committed to customer service. The starting salary is $145,000 annually, and benefits include 20 days of PTO and annual bonuses.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in maintaining and supporting various technology environments.
• Professional certifications strongly preferred: Microsoft expert certification, CISSP, CCSP.
• Comprehensive understanding of operating platforms, connectivity, and security.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of customer’s technologies.
• Provide clients with technical expertise pertaining to networking and cloud-based solutions.
• Update existing infrastructure for optimal network performance.
