Job summary

Vizient, Inc. is seeking a GRC Senior Compliance Analyst in Irving, TX to guide the security program and align information systems with SOX, HIPAA, and SEC requirements.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to design and maintain policies and controls, improving privacy, resilience, and overall compliance posture. You will lead efforts to implement automation and dashboards with Power BI and Power Automate, and apply Python for analytics and AI modeling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, cybersecurity or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of IT compliance, risk management or information security experience.
• Strong understanding of SOX, HIPAA and SEC standards.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Python for AI data analytics and reporting (intermediate to advanced).
• Experience using Power Automate and Power BI for automation and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Identify strengths and weaknesses of the security program across privacy, security, resiliency, and compliance.
• Analyze findings, document gaps, and recommend mitigation to compliance leadership.
• Provide oversight for up-to-date configuration documentation for systems and processes.
• Maintain rigorous security operations oversight to reduce enterprise risk.
• Collaborate with leadership to perform ongoing compliance assessments and set technology directives.
• Liaise with internal and external auditors to implement controls for privacy and regulatory compliance.
• Develop automation and visualization using Power Automate and Power BI for reporting.
• Apply Python to build and deploy AI models for data analytics and visualization.
• Support responses to SEC audit inquiries and documentation requests.
• Drive continuous improvement of the security program across departments.
