Vizient seeks a Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Senior Compliance Analyst to strengthen the organization’s security posture and align information systems with privacy, resilience, and regulatory requirements.

You will partner with cross‑functional teams to design and maintain policies and controls under SOX, HIPAA, and SEC standards, while leveraging automation and data visualization to streamline reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field.
• 5+ years in IT compliance, risk management, or information security.
• Experience with SOX, HIPAA, and SEC standards.
• Proficiency in Python for analytics and reporting.

Responsabilités

• Identify security program strengths and gaps related to privacy, security, business resiliency, and compliance frameworks.
• Analyze findings, document and report program gaps, and recommend mitigations to leadership.
• Provide oversight to ensure up‑to‑date configuration documentation for systems and processes.
• Maintain rigorous oversight of security systems and configuration administration to reduce enterprise risk.
• Partner with compliance leadership to perform ongoing assessments and recommend annual directives.
• Serve as liaison with auditors to implement controls for privacy and regulatory compliance.
• Develop automation/tools and dashboards with Power Automate/Power BI for reporting.
• Apply Python to build AI models for data analytics and visualization.
• Support responses to SEC audit inquiries and documentation requests.
• Collaborate across departments to elevate awareness of compliance risks.
