Job summary

7-Eleven is seeking a Senior Manager of IT Compliance to own the SOX and ITGC program for the Digital & Technology organization, ensuring controls are designed, tested, and remediated.

You will lead the Change Advisory Board (CAB), drive change lifecycle governance in ServiceNow, and build Archer/Power BI dashboards for proactive monitoring.

The role requires 8+ years in IT audit/compliance, 3+ years of people leadership, and certifications such as CISA/CISSP; MBA or CGEIT/PMP are a plus.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT Audit/Compliance experience focusing on SOX and ITGC controls and remediation.
• Experience partnering with Internal Audit, Legal/Corporate Compliance, Information Security, and third‑party firms as a second line of defense.
• ITIL 3/4 frameworks knowledge; design, testing, and governance of change processes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end SOX/ITGC compliance program for Digital & Technology, including control design, testing, evidence collection, and remediation tracking.
• Serve as the primary IT liaison to Internal Audit and third-party audit firms; coordinate requests and findings resolution.
• Lead CAB and change lifecycle governance; ensure proper assessment, approvals, and documentation; drive continuous improvement.
