Job summary

Dow Jones is seeking a Senior Compliance Analyst to modernize IT Compliance operations. You will own end-to-end execution across the IT SOX program and adjacent certifications (ISO, PCI, SOC 2), steering evidence collection toward AI-assisted workflows and automated controls testing.

You will work globally with cross-functional teams reporting to the Director, IT SOX Compliance. You will coordinate with Legal, Risk, Finance and auditors, manage evidence requests, and drive remediation tracking

Qualifications

• 2–4 years’ experience in IT compliance, audit or controls testing within technology environments.
• Foundational knowledge supporting an audit cycle end-to-end under IT SOX, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS or SOC 2.
• Proven cross-functional coordination with Legal, Risk, Finance, and auditors.
• Ability to translate compliance language into operator-friendly tasks and executive summaries.
• Structured planning and delivery of outcomes with minimal oversight.
• Hands-on comfort with automation, analytics and modern productivity tools.
• Understanding of how AI and automation can reduce manual compliance effort.
• Bias toward simplification and standardization.

Responsibilities

• Support execution across compliance workstreams including policy rollouts, training, and audits across IT SOX, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS and SOC 2.
• Track compliance timelines, manage deadlines, evidence workflows, and status reporting for global audits.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners to facilitate evidence collection.
• Identify straightforward issues and surface findings with context to leadership.
• Translate framework requirements into routine tasks for engineers and operators.
• Support controls automation initiatives by identifying repetitive testing workflows suitable for automation.
