Job summary

Dow Jones is seeking a Senior Compliance Analyst to own end-to-end IT SOX execution and certifications (ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, SOC 2). You will automate evidence collection, streamline controls testing, and consolidate cross-certification evidence across a global program, reporting to the Director, IT SOX Compliance.

You will collaborate with Legal, Risk, Finance, and auditors, drive remediation tracking, and translate complex frameworks into actionable tasks for engineers and operations teams.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of IT compliance, audit, controls testing, or related discipline within technology environments.
• Foundational knowledge supporting an audit cycle end-to-end under IT SOX, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, or SOC 2.
• Proven cross-functional coordination with Legal, Risk, Finance, Internal Audit, auditors, and offshore teams.

Responsibilities

• Support execution across compliance workstreams, policy rollouts, trainings, and audit/certification cycles across IT SOX, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, and SOC 2.
• Track timelines, manage evidence workflows, and report status to keep global audits on schedule.
• Coordinate with partners to facilitate evidence collection and remediation tracking.
• Translate framework language into operator-friendly tasks and executive summaries.
• Identify issues and surface findings with context to leadership.
