Job summary

SRM Digital is seeking an experienced IT Business Systems Analyst to bridge business and IT across enterprise financial and research administration systems. The role focuses on ensuring functional and technical alignment for PeopleSoft Financials modules such as Grants, Contracts, Projects, Billing, AR, AP, and GL.

The successful candidate will analyze complex business processes, translate requirements into detailed specifications, and collaborate with developers, vendors, and stakeholders

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in functional and technical support of enterprise business applications.
• Strong experience with PeopleSoft Financials and/or Research Administration Systems (RAS).
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, including query development, data extraction, data validation, data organization, and analysis.
• Strong experience with business requirements gathering, requirements analysis, functional specifications, and system documentation.
• Experience with IT change management, SDLC, release management, and production support processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical support for enterprise financial, research administration, and related business applications.
• Support and maintain PeopleSoft Financials and Research Administration Systems (RAS), including Grants, Contracts, Projects, Billing, AR, AP, and GL.
• Analyze complex production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and provide timely resolution using incident management and ticketing processes.
• Gather, analyze, document, and prioritize complex business and system requirements.
• Collaborate with enterprise application teams to ensure successful implementation and support of financial and administrative systems.
