Job summary

Fiserv seeks a senior IT Business Consultant for the Open Solutions DNA area. You will design and develop forms and documents, handling media configuration and archival for the DNA platform, and support deployment with a new client through implementation.

You will work directly with one of the industry’s top core banking platforms. This role involves supporting deployments, configuration, and setup of DNA core software, with opportunities to work remotely and on-site at client locations, and

Qualifications

• Capable of multitasking within a fast-paced demanding environment.
• Technical and analytical background troubleshooting Windows, including workstations and servers.
• Experience working remotely and at client locations.
• Knowledge of Oracle and MS SQL Server databases.
• Online and printed media Desktop Design.
• Knowledge of printers and peripherals installation, configuration and troubleshooting.
• Experience working with Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, and excellent customer service skills.
• Superior attention to detail, and a resourceful problem solver.
• Team player who strives for excellence.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience required.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop forms and documents for the DNA platform.
• Responsible for all forms media configuration and archival for the DNA platform.
• Support deployment, configuration and setup of the DNA core software.
• Assist with day-to-day Implementation projects and Professional Services engagements.
