Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a seasoned Product Owner to guide a complex Fiserv DNA implementation in financial services. You will bridge business stakeholders, project leadership, technology teams, and vendor partners to ensure timely delivery of customer communications solutions.

This role requires hands-on backlog management, requirements gathering, and agile leadership. Experience with banking/regulatory communications and Fiserv DNA is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Extensive PO experience in Agile environments.
• Proven backlog prioritization and refinement.
• Financial services domain knowledge, regulatory communications.
• Familiarity with Fiserv DNA platform is a plus.
