Job summary

BanQsi is seeking a Core Banking Implementation Developer to design, develop, and run data conversion for clients implementing the Fiserv DNA platform. The role focuses on deposit data and requires coordinating with project managers, analysts, and clients to ensure data integrity across conversions.

Responsibilities include writing Oracle SQL/PL/SQL, validating data, troubleshooting issues, and delivering reports during the implementation lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain data conversion programs using Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
• Convert and validate banking data across deposits, loans, cards, and records.
• Analyze donor system data and develop transformation logic for migration to the Fiserv DNA platform.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance testing.
• Troubleshoot conversion issues and deliver technical solutions.
• Produce conversion reports and assist with data cleanup tasks.
• Collaborate with Implementation Consultants, Analysts, PMs, and client teams to ensure delivery.
• Participate in milestones, including occasional evening or weekend activities.
• Contribute to tool, process, and documentation improvements.

Job description

As a Core Banking Implementation Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing data conversion solutions for financial institutions implementing the Fiserv DNA core banking platform. This role is specific to the deposit account area, but other areas will be reviewed as well.

Working closely with Project Managers, Business Data Analysts, and clients, you will develop conversion routines, validate data integrity, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure successful implementation of critical banking data. This is a highly collaborative role that combines software development, database programming, data analysis, and client-facing consulting.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and maintain data conversion programs using Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
• Convert and validate banking data, including:
• Consumer and commercial deposit accounts
• Consumer and commercial loan accounts
• Person and organization records
• Ownership relationships
• Cards
• Electronic agreements
• Other core banking data
• Analyze donor system data and develop SQL-based transformation and conversion logic for migration to the Fiserv DNA platform.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance testing throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot conversion issues and develop effective technical solutions.
• Produce conversion reports and assist with data cleanup activities.
• Collaborate with Implementation Consultants, Business Data Analysts, Project Managers, and client teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Participate in implementation milestones, including occasional evening or weekend conversion activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of conversion tools, processes, and documentation.

• Experience with ETL processes and large-scale data migrations.
• Knowledge of banking regulations, data privacy requirements, and data governance.
