Cynet Systems Inc. is hiring an Advanced Business Analyst for a full-lifecycle agile/hybrid development team in Florida.

The role involves translating strategic and operational needs into actionable business and technical requirements. The candidate should have 5+ years of business process analysis and requirements documentation experience, strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills, and proficiency with Visio, SharePoint, Power BI, Azure DevOps, and the Microsoft Office suite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Communication, Information Systems, or related field.
• Five+ years of business process analysis and requirements documentation experience.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical specifications; familiarity with data migration, testing, and quality assurance.
• Experience using SharePoint and Microsoft Teams for collaboration and document management; Power BI exposure preferred.
• Knowledge of SDLC, IT infrastructure, PMBOK, IT standards and governance practices.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic and operational needs into actionable business and technical requirements.
• Conduct user needs assessments and document findings.
• Gather high-level requirements, prepare artifacts, validate workflows, and participate in solution design discussions.
• Coordinate testing readiness and maintain documentation throughout the lifecycle.
• Develop business cases and testing materials, including use cases and test cases.
