Henny Penny Corporation is seeking a Senior IT Business Analyst to drive business transformation by analyzing processes and systems. You will partner with stakeholders to identify gaps and support scalable solutions, aligning technology with business objectives.

The role requires leadership in requirements, collaboration with architects and developers, and the ability to navigate complex processes across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years in a business analysis role, preferably in manufacturing.
• Experience with ERP platforms like JD Edwards and Oracle preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end requirements management from discovery through validation.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions with stakeholders and dev teams.
• Design and execute test plans and support user acceptance testing.
• Collaborate with Project Manager to develop requirements phase plan and management approach.
• Elicit requirements from product owners and SMEs and translate to functional specs.
